為什麼篩選流程中,準機師們輸在維也納評鑑的機率這麼高?

機師選拔的重點不在操作技巧,而是決策模式。

以班機最終決策者而言,機師的工作每天都講求高品質決策,而考機師是一條沈沒成本極高的路。『假如一個人頻繁生病,應該大量吃抗生素壓症狀,還是做一次健康檢查,從根源找原因並對症下藥呢?』

機器操作和英文能力會透過不斷練習進步,因此這些能力對航司而言是「即便現在稍有不足,假如錄取您,可預見您會隨著培訓時間大幅成長的能力」,然而人機安全卻是一條不可退的紅線。

真正在評選中拉開差距的,是高風險下的決斷力、決策品質、多工處理能力與誠信等人格特質,而這些無法透過練習獲得,只能從真實情境判斷,或透過評鑑從「根源」挖掘,而這正是維也納適職評估對於航司選才的意義,也是大多數準機師不知道從何準備起,也不知道為什麼被淘汰的原因。

維也納心理評鑑沒有標準答案,但會從冰山一角推演出人格特質,旨在篩選「不適任高風險行業的人」,本系統以維也納評鑑為模型,結合航空實務經驗及心理專業,創立出以真實數據推演的人格模型,等同人格特質的預先健康檢查,在準機師投入大量資本前預知達成機率,並在一對一分析中提供心理模板以建立航空業所需的特質和行為模式,從根源調整出強韌特質,或提供個案職涯引導。

創立者認為人的價值重於行業,在逐夢的路上盲目投資只會失去金錢,選錯行業卻損失大量寶貴時間以及其他更優解,因此透過此系統實現『鐘鼎山林,人各有志,各展所長,不負其志』的理念。

Mechanical skills improve through repetition.Language proficiency improves through study.These are areas where, even if you are currently lacking, significant growth is predictable once admitted.

What truly differentiates candidates in selection, however, are traits such as decision-making under high-risk conditions, psychological stability, communication within authority structures, multitasking under time constraints, and adherence to discipline. These are not skills that can be acquired through simple practice. They can only be revealed under real conditions—or identified from their underlying patterns.

This is precisely the purpose of the Vienna Suitability Assessment, and also why most candidates do not know how to prepare, nor understand why they were not selected.

The Vienna psychological assessment does not have “correct answers.”Its purpose is to screen for traits that are unsuitable for high-risk professions.

Based on this model, our system integrates cross-disciplinary experience from its founder. Through one-on-one analysis, we provide psychological frameworks to help individuals develop behavior patterns aligned with aviation requirements, while also analyzing personality traits to offer career guidance.In doing so, we aim to realize the principle that each individual has their own path—
